Clinician, physician executive & entrepreneur

With over 20 years of experience teaching students, trainees, and professionals in medicine, global health, and technology.

  • He co-founded Lunchbox Ventures to help better prepare our youth for the rapidly changing demands of tomorrow’s work environment while instilling core values of equity, sustainability, and emotional and physical well-being. Nadeem believes curiosity and humility are fundamental in pursuing success in any field. He is a big fan of interdisciplinarity, outside-the-box thinking, connecting the dots, innovation, and challenging dogmas.

    Nadeem has practiced and taught in Switzerland, the United States, and the Middle East. He has led clinical departments and held several academic roles, including Fellow (International Health) at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Clinical Instructor (Emergency Medicine) at Harvard Medical School. He has also launched several key institutions, including MENATOX, Baraka Impact Finance, and the Abu Dhabi Poison and Drug Information Service.

    He earned his MD from Geneva University and his MPH (Global Health Policy) from Harvard University. Nadeem completed his clinical training at the Harvard-Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency (BIDMC) and the Harvard Medical Toxicology Fellowship (Boston Children’s Hospital).

Senthil Rajaskaran

With over 20 years of experience teaching students, trainees, and professionals in medicine, global health, and technology.

  • With a knack for making learning both impactful and fun. With a wealth of international experience, he deeply understands cultural differences and the skills needed in educational innovation to create transformative learning for our youth. In the United States, Senthil has also led impactful soft skills workshops for middle and high schoolers and organized story-telling sessions for elementary students, blending moral lessons with a splash of creativity to inspire students. Senthil strongly believes in the value of emotional intelligence in defining success.

    He has held positions as Senior Associate Dean for Curricular Affairs and Undergraduate Medical Education at Wayne State University School of Medicine and advisory positions at the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Federation for Medical Education, leading to the publication of the Global Competency Framework. Senthil served as an editor of the Transitions in Medical Education handbook published by the American Medical Association. He established Centers of Excellence in Medical Education in previous roles to promote educational scholarship. He has been recognized with honorary fellowships from the American College of Clinical Pharmacology and the Academy of Medical Educators in the United Kingdom. He has secured multiple institutional and national awards for educational excellence, including the 2017 Teaching Value Award from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

    He received his MD from The Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry in Moscow, Russia, and completed his postgraduate medical training at Sri Ramachandra Medical University in Chennai, India.

with over 8 years of leadership experience spanning education, public service, and entrepreneurial ventures. 

  • He believes in giving young people life-changing experiences that instill passion, curiosity, and wonder into their lives and learning journeys.

    He has designed and taught at hundreds of educational programs across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He has been involved in the founding of multiple companies and organizations and has consulted for schools, universities, and organizations throughout the US. Over the years, he has taught and mentored students at top institutions, including Harvard University, University of Michigan, and Ohio State University.

    He earned his BA from the University of Michigan and MED from Harvard University.
